Advertising Manager 

What Will You Do? 
The Advertising Manager will serve as the primary owner for marketing & advertising initiatives for national ecommerce accounts. This position is responsible for the development and execution of all advertising campaigns in conjunction with the digital account manager. The Advertising Manager will serve as a liaison between internal departments, external clients, and agency contacts. The Advertising Manager will ensure that the Company’s brand reputation is upheld and protected within the marketplace. 


Primary Job Functions

Develop, plan and manage advertising budgets in conjunction with client and/or agency contacts.Determine target assortment for core campaigns in conjunction with account manager. Leverage existing and new campaign management tools to effectively manage campaigns at scale. Identify opportunities to maximize return on investment through dynamic bidding strategies, day-parting, keyword optimization, CPC/CPM review and conversion analyses. Collaborate with clients and leadership to determine goals and KPIs for each campaign. Monitor performance and adjust budgets as needed to maintain optimal growth while assessing incrementality. Reconcile campaign performance and make recommendations on optimization. Create and implement new campaign test strategies in conjunction with agency partners. Create and manage digital storefront on marketplaces; coordinate marketing assets and collaterals with creative team. Conduct competitive research on bidding tools and technologies to scale growth. Oversee the design and content of campaigns to ensure alignment with Company’s brand and target audience. Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions. 


Job Qualifications 

Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience, Required 5+ years’ commercial property legal experience required. 3 years of experience in Marketing or Advertising, Required. 1 year of experience managing PPC advertising, Required Occastional Domestic Travel Flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary. Strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Effective time management and organizational skills Work independently as well as in a team environment Document management system Analytical and problem solving skills Maintain confidentiality Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, internet Perform under strong demands in a fast-paced environment Work professionally with customers and co-workers to efficiently serve our customers, treating both with enthusiasm and respect Display empathy, understanding and patience with employees and external customers Respond professionally in situations with difficult employee/vendor/customer issues or inquiries
