Our Client, an Internet Content & Information company, is looking for a Advertising Operations Specialist II for their Remote location. Responsibilities: + As a Technical Solutions Consultant, be the technical point of contact for our clients and internal stakeholders. This role will be the expert on our advertising solutions, consult with clients on best practices and resolve any technical issues that come your way. Technical Solutions Consultants are curious by nature, comfortable working in ambiguous situations, and love coming up with creative solutions to client needs. + Build technical expertise in Client various advertising products (signal, measurement, and delivery) and provide consultative guidance to clients and partners on best practices and bespoke setups + Resolve technical issues stemming from our client's usage of Client advertising solutions + Partner closely with Client’s sales teams and Tier A+ advertisers to resolve client issues, prioritize, and build market or vertical plans for technical services + Escalate potential bugs to the product and engineering teams and drive resolution. + Pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records. Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities: + Scaled technical support for Client’s top advertising clients + Day to day – supporting a group of advertisers on a case by case bases through a ticketing system, the name of the role is technical solutions consultant + Receive an ambiguous request from a client and leverage technical knowledge and trouble shooting skillsets and client issues + Technical supporting, supporting a que of requests. + high value advertisements at Client that require more technical and diplomatic Requirements + BA/BS in Marketing, Computer Science, or related degree + 2+ years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries + Experience managing a multi-million dollar book of business, able to autonomously prioritize, and communicate effectively with sales and clients. + Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences + Experience with technically troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions and delivery + Experience working with web technologies including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP + Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs + First-hand knowledge of Client tools, building integrations for google/Client. + Worked with FAANG/ Multi-million dollar book of business companies internally or as a client. Managing API tools with Client companies + 2-4 years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries + Experience with technical troubleshooting Client Advertising & Business technologies and ecosystem (ex.
