Advertising Program Support Coordinator
This year, some advertisers with online stores will need to make updates to the Ads account so that they can keep measuring how well the ads they buy are performing. In order to help advertisers make these changes, we have contracted with two external agencies that will be able to provide advertisers with support above and beyond the support they would typically receive from their assigned Sales representative. **Responsibilities:** + Maintain and update systems to track the status of advertisers participating in the program, including recording details such as 'Advertiser has been contacted by the agency' or 'Advertiser has concluded working with the agency and finished updating their measurement. + Respond to emails and frequently asked questions from sellers and advertisers, identifying recurring themes and bringing them to management for clarification. + Coordinate a biweekly Newsletter highlighting the program’s progress by holding other members on the team accountable to drafting and inputting updates. + Identify themes / pain points among advertisers participating in the program and surface those pain points to management. **Mandatory:** + Familiarity with digital advertising and how advertisers measure digital ads performance. + Experience in drafting and maintaining progress reports and project newsletters. + Experience with data entry and maintaining trackers and systems. + Ability to adjust communication styles to meet the needs of different audiences. + Prior experience working at an advertising agency or similar is a plus. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
