Team Up with the Retail Market Manager and Central Marketing, along with local sales teams to create tailor for market, plan and execute advertising and promotional activities for the Full line of products in the Northwest Cluster (UK, Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Netherlands, Sweden, and Iceland). Manage social media platforms and relationships with brand ambassadors. Continue to build Farmer First brand image with promotional activities via social media, testimonials, and conventional methods. Assist with planning, build up and execution of shows and events around the sales cluster. Develop promotional materials and make them available to dealers and customers. Develop and increase profile awareness throughout Northwest Europe. Manage translation reviews in line with Central Marketing requirements. Integrate DCX planning into the campaign management ensuring that the project, as developed, is integrated, and included in all aspects of the role as it moves forward.
Your Impact
Day to day management of all social media output on relevant platforms to promote the products and brand image of Fendt in the UK and Irish markets making sure content is positive, relevant, and up to date.
Work with our Fendt dealers to help them promote their businesses and our products by engaging them in central campaigns and vice versa.
Using advertising material provided by central marketing in Marktoberdorf, tailor and fit to Northwest Europe requirements and working with the Retail Market Manager, plan an insertion program within budget guidelines to present material to the market in appropriate press and media.
Develop and manage suite of promotion materials for shows, events, and customer promotion
Work with other Fendt and other AGCO departments to manage the implementation of DCX (Digital customer experience) and other marketing and sales projects, as necessary.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree – Degree in marketing or similar. 2+ years of demonstrable practical experience in a similar role.
Farmer First attitude.
Experience of handling customer, dealer and distributor relationships and objections.
Practical product experience. Good understanding of agricultural practices.
Native English speaker with good English comprehension skills.
