What Finance Operations contributes to Cardinal Health: 

Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense.

Responsibilities:

Perform monthly/quarterly responsibilities related to Medical Rebates and GPO Admin Fees calculation and payout transactionsCalculation of rebatesPreparing audit packages and submit for approvalWork with offshore team to facilitate data processing requests associated with corresponding rebate payoutsAid in oversight, and accountability to ensure Rebate Payouts are paid timely and completelyRespond to direct inquiries pertaining to rebates and admin fees coming from both internal and external stakeholdersAssist in Month-End Reconciliations and ensure accruals accurately reflect the contract and have relevant P&L impactsMaintain and enhance SOX internal control structureHelp support current payout and reporting requests and processesWork with manager on more complicated customer and transaction activitiesCollaboration between across the organization to properly account for transactions, including but not limited to Sales, Legal, Finance, Pricing, Accounting and Contracting

Qualifications:

Bachelors’ degree in related field, Finance/Accounting or similar, preferred4+ years of experience in related field, including but not limited to Finance, Audit, or Accounting, preferredKnowledge with SAP, Vistex, Legal Contracts, and GAAP standards a plusStrong with Microsoft Excel and can use common formulas like vlookups
