As a member of the Leadership and Professional Development team, the Leadership and Professional Development Advisor will assist with assessing needs, developing outlines, designing and developing courses, developing facilitator guides and participant materials as well as facilitating virtually, and occasional in-person courses, and may build appropriate online learning courses. Job Responsibilities •Possesses deep knowledge and subject matter expertise in leadership development and coaching. Uses leadership and adult learning principles to develop and design training that improves professional performance across the company. •Builds and maintains strategic partnerships and consultative relationships with leaders across functions resulting in mutually beneficial outcomes. Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure alignment of professional development skills to business plans, people plans, and talent plans. •Facilitates learning using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as in-person, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, interactive online learning modules, virtual classroom, etc. •Designs and develops engaging content for delivery by self or others based on identified business needs using a variety of authoring tools and mediums. Serves as a leadership coach and resource for participants. •Uses assessment tools and available company data to measure business and performance impact and ROI of learning solutions. The typical starting pay range for this position is between $91,500 - $118,000 annually, although wages can very based on experience and geography.
