The Advisor of Labor Relations plays a crucial role in supporting the health system's labor strategy by partnering with Executive business leadership and HR Centers of Excellence. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including supporting union contract negotiations, implementing union contracts, providing contractual guidance to leadership, participating in labor relations partnership work, workforce planning for union-represented roles, and developing/delivering labor relations training. This is a long-term temporary assignment within a dynamic and fast-paced team.
Responsibilities:
+ Support union contract negotiations.
+ Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to implement union contracts.
+ Provide contractual guidance to leadership regarding union agreements.
+ Participate in site or system-wide labor relations partnership work.
+ Contribute to workforce planning for union-represented roles.
+ Develop and deliver labor relations training programs.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or Organizational Psychology.
+ 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in Labor Relations
+ Preferred Qualifications:
+ Master's degree in a related field.
+ Previous healthcare experience

The salary range for this position is $45-$60/hour
