This individual will play a crucial role in onboarding and supporting new independent advisors, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed. The role requires a deep understanding of investment products, such as mutual funds and segregated funds, combined with excellent presentation and communication skills. **A day in the life:** + Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new independent advisors, introducing them to HUB’s suite of products, tools, and technologies. + Provide training and support to ensure advisors are fully up-to-date on investment products, including mutual funds, segregated funds, and other financial products. + Conduct engaging presentations and webinars to educate advisors on available software, tools, and technology systems. + Act as a liaison between the advisor and various HUB departments to ensure smooth integration and ongoing support. + Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements to provide relevant and timely updates to advisors. + Develop strong, positive relationships with advisors, addressing their needs and supporting their success. + Regularly evaluate advisor feedback to enhance the onboarding process and improve overall advisor satisfaction. + Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials and guides to support advisor onboarding and ongoing education, ensuring advisors stay informed about industry changes, regulations, and procedures. + Participate in both large and small projects as assigned, with a focus on the investment industry and initiatives aimed at enhancing the advisor experience. + Other duties as assigned. **Who you are:** + Minimum 2-3 years in a related role, preferably within the financial services industry. + Experience with mutual funds and/or segregated funds is essential. + Familiarity with different account types such as Non-Registered Accounts (Cash, Margin, Joint etc.) as well as Registered Accounts (RRSPs, TFSAs, RESPs etc.) is an asset. + Strong presentation and training skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead webinars or in-person sessions. + Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. + Proficiency with financial software and CRM systems; comfort with technology and digital tools. + Proficient in MS 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Adobe + Experience with video platforms such as MS Team or Zoom + Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Post-Secondary education and/or commensurate work experience **.** Relevant industry certifications are a plus (e.g., IFIC, CSC) **We are Proud to Offer:** + Customizable flexible benefits options for you and your family + Company matching RRSP contributions + Comprehensive tuition financing and career-related training and development + We promote work-life balance through flexible scheduling and hours + Mental and physical wellness initiatives + Advancement opportunities + HUB Cares: we are a company that gives back and is active in the community + Learn more about HUB’s Culture & Value Here!
