About Cognizant Global Influencer Relations, Advisors Relation Team
Advisors Relations focuses on building and maintaining strong, sustainable relationships with key influencers and advisors in the industry. The primary goal is to leverage these relationships to drive a significant increase in the qualified pipeline, supporting the growth ambitions of the organization. The approach includes engaging with the ecosystem, creating large deal pipelines, and providing insights for competitive renewals.
The team aims to improve the quantity and quality of leads through brand amplification and advocacy. This involves supporting the closing of large deals, creating new logos, and achieving leadership in various industry reports. The strategy also includes leveraging partners for lead generation and engaging in hundreds of influencer engagements annually.
About the role
The Advisor Relations Director, Nordics is a pivotal role within the firm, focusing on fostering value-based relationships with sourcing advisor organizations globally, with a particular emphasis on the EMEA region. This position is ideally based in Denmark, Sweden, or Norway to support Nordics leaders in achieving local and regional targets. Reporting to the AVP for Global Advisor Relations, the role is integral to the firm's strategy, aiming to grow the advisor-led pipeline and opportunities in the Nordics region.
Key responsibilities
The responsibilities includes establishing and managing numerous local industry sourcing advisor relationships, aligning them with the firm's strategy and market opportunities. The role involves informing and influencing advisors to build trust and advocacy, directly supporting deal invitations and TCV targets. Additionally, the Associate Director will source insights and customer opportunities within the advisor community, driving the creation of a large-deal pipeline through these relationships and channels. They will also engage with advisor groups to position the firm for large-deal collaboration and revenue-generating opportunities, supporting the firm's strategy to drive awareness and differentiation in the market.
The role also entails supporting the AVP in leading the Nordics, developing and executing the Advisor Relations program aligned with global and EMEA strategies. This includes partnering with key stakeholders across sales, business development, and various regional and service line leaders. The Associate Director will represent Cognizant Advisor Relations at industry events and conferences, requiring up to 20% travel, both domestic and international. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of collaborating with TPA firms to create opportunities through scalable GTM strategies with demonstrable results.

Previously created and/or led a regional and/or global advisor relations program with results and relationships in the Nordics. Knowledge of the Nordics advisory and influencer relationship market, their strengths, and modes of engagement. Demonstrable experience of creating differentiated strategies to engage advisors and leverage the advisor channel to support business outcomes. Proven track record of increasing deal flow and new opportunities through advisor relationships Strong existing relationships with the advisor channels in the Nordics region and ability to create a position of advantage for the firm
