Are you comfortable in speaking with Financial Advisors about their businesses and giving them advice? Do you have the proven ability to analyze datasets and prioritize multiple workstreams?

We’re looking for a senior business strategist to:

• have conversations with Advisors about our ALFA and Premier Programs, educate them about the benefits of staying at UBS and these two transition programs.
• proactively connect with field leaders on retention strategies for ‘high-risk’ situations
• assist in the strategy and administration of client retention after an advisor has resigned
• communication and collaborate across multiple business units, including teaming, finance, compensation, HR, and legal
• ensure compliance with policies, standards and regulatory requirements
• identify opportunities to improve our processes and recommend changes
• provide thought leadership and driving day-to-day implementation of the retention strategy
• stay on top of current business and industry trends – market intelligence relative to retention practices and pricing levels
