Enbridge is looking to hire for the position of Advisor, USUI & Ontario Projects. The incumbent will be responsible for the development of status reports and presentation materials for US Utility Integration(USUI) Program, supporting the transition to new enterprise tools and functionality, in parallel with Gas Distribution & Storage(GDS) integration and cross-functional activities. This role will work collaboratively with program team members and key stakeholders within Enbridge to support the successful implementation of key solutions, while limiting disruption and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our core business. What You Will Do:

Develop all status reporting, update presentations and of key artifacts for various programs in TIS, Finance, and Program Leadership to manage and reconcile.

Build, manage and monitor the budget tracking details, and responsible for updating all financial reporting to provide program leadership with the most accurate information.

Work closely with the Business Readiness teams, program workstreams and/or track program leadership on key program deliverables.

Actively manage information and gather additional insights as required to provide consistency, data integrity and accuracy in all reporting.

Actively track feedback / insights gathered from key stakeholders and affected employees to contribute to the creation of Hypercare reporting and status reporting to GDS groups.

Who You Are:

Related university degree and minimum of four or more years of experience OR equivalent combination of formal education, certification and experience.

Demonstrated experience and strong results managing work in a complex environment with aggressive timelines.

Excellent oral, written communication & presentation skills.

Exemplary organizational skills.

Excellent Microsoft & Internet office skills required (SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Ability to influence others without direct authority.

Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.

Self-starter; demonstrates initiative.

Proven analytical and problem solving skills.

Management of confidential and sensitive information, with utmost integrity, trust and privacy.

Preferred:

Project Management Experience.

Working Conditions:

Travel expected as needed (~3-6 days/month). Valid G license and a responsible driving record is required.
