Our teams are agile and digitally enabled, thus positioning us to deliver in lots of different ways, from varying locations. We can plug gaps for clients, provide team extension services and/ or bring specific skill sets and subject matter expertise to the table to deal with clients’ operational, risk, regulatory, compliance and programme office challenges.
12-month Fixed Term Contract (with possibilities of extension)

Purpose-led work you’ll be part of
We are looking for highly-motivated and versatile individuals to work as Specialists in operationalising and delivering priority programmes of work.
The ‘day-to-day’ requirements of the role will vary depending on clients’ needs, operating environment and/or regulatory obligations. Your individual skills and experience will also shape how the service is delivered. For us, it's about how human ingenuity combines with technology innovation and experience to deliver faster, more intelligent and better outcomes while building trust across the value chain.
Key Responsibilities
Driving continual improvement to maintain/improve the effectiveness of processes, within a regulatory environment
Monitoring processes and workflows to ensure adherence, efficiency, effectiveness and momentum
Providing meaningful management information and insight
Proposing and implementing enhancements to existing processes
Collation and review of documentation and/or digital datasets for analysis or validation
End-to-end management of customer requests (in line with prescribed workflows and quality standards)
Proactive identification or engagement risks and issues, and contribution to mitigation strategies
Communicating with impact, both in verbal and written form
Experiences & Skills:
You will have as many of the following skills and experience as possible:
Third level education or equivalent through experience.
Fluent German and English (bilingual) - required
1-3 years of work experience in a client-facing or business analyst type role (previous relevant internships will also be considered)
Adaptable to a new environment (client-site, office, home or hybrid), and an aptitude to learn new tools, systems and techniques
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Comfortable working autonomously or as part of a multidisciplinary team
Enjoys developing strong working-relationships both within your own team and the client environment.
Knowledge of the Microsoft and G:suite of applications.
Desire to work in a busy and fluid work environment.
