Job Responsibilities:

1. Focus on image/video generation algorithm, research relevant technologies to align with the project request.

2. Research in multi-modality input methods to deliver controllable image/video generation algorithm.

3. Deliver innovation and landing to Lenovo product, or public papers in top conference.

4. Cross functions communication to work with product team, UI/UX team, validation team, legal team and deliver outcomes.

5. Complete other tasks when project team needs.

Job Requirements:

1. Master's or doctoral degree in Computer/Information Science, Electronic Engineering or related fields

2. Over 2 years of experience in AI algorithm research and development

3. Solid foundation in coding, familiar with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.

4. Familiar with models like Transformer, BERT, and GLM, and have a strong and in-depth understanding of large model data processing and training techniques such as LoRA, SFT, and RLHF.

5. Familiarity with distributed training frameworks (such as DeepSpeed) is preferred.

6. Have some experience in model distillation, model quantization, and training and inference acceleration.

7. Possess strong teamwork and communication skills, able to closely collaborate with team members and business departments to complete project delivery and technological innovation.
