Acting as a liaison between the facility and the treatment team, you’ll advocate for the well-being and rights of individuals, fostering strong relationships and supporting their journey toward healing and success. Your dedication to connecting families with the treatment process will make a lasting impact on both individuals served and their loved ones. If you’re passionate about supporting others and ensuring their voices are heard, this role is for you! **Key Responsibilities** + **Serve as Liaison** Acts as a liaison between the facility, individuals served, and families to ensure clear communication. + **Review Rights and Responsibilities** Meets with newly admitted individuals to review their rights and responsibilities within the facility. + **Coordinate Visitations** Coordinates video and in-person visitations with approved visitors for individuals served. + **Facilitate Community Meetings** Facilitates community meetings as needed to address concerns and improve communication within the facility. + **Respond to Concerns** Responds to requests and concerns from family members and individuals regarding the maintenance of rights and treatment at the facility. **Qualifications & Requirements** **Education:** + Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. + Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, counseling, or related discipline. **Experience:** + Preferred: Two (2) years’ experience in clinical/mental health setting. **We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer** We are committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of uniqueness.
