Principal Accountabilities 

Execute specific equipment maintenance for each asset involved with containing, controlling, or safeguarding a high hazard processMaintain the mechanical and electrical integrity of new installations and existing systemsImplement, monitor, and maintain best practices to improve operational effectiveness through continuous improvement and reliability excellence methods and toolsMonitor capitalized repair and replacement projects, mitigate risk issues, and removes barriers to ensure completion of milestones within budgetPartner with vendors and handle contracts related to asset improvements and new asset project activitiesEnsure the ongoing mechanical, electrical, and structural integrity of plant equipmentLead and execute quality maintenance planningIndependently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staffOther duties as assignedQualifications 

Required Qualifications

Associates Degree in Electromechanical Programing or a minimum of two years of related work experienceEligible to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal & written)Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above) 


Preferred Qualifications

Computer networks and servers experiencePLC programming experienceRockwell automation programming experienceProficient in Microsoft Office packageMeat processing experience Food handling experience
