A week in the life of an AEGIS SPY Radar Trainer:

Provide dynamic teaching, training and assessment up to the officer level. Review and analyze U.S. Navy Aegis Combat System Engineering Capabilities and Limitations and U.S. Navy Operational and Tactical doctrine Integrate and conceptualizes the execution of Doctrine . Conduct dynamic assessment of the sailors’ abilities. Observe and assess contemporaries during Practice and Certification Teaches per requirements NAVEDTRA 130 series. Prepare, review, and customize curriculum lesson plans and instructor guide. Support Course Reviews and Curriculum Updates. Conduct training gap analysis. Document the training conducted with specifics of the individual areas / watch station. Generate formal assessment of measure of success. Establishe and review course content and objectives. Conduct training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
