Kforce has a client that is seeking a AEM Architect in Saint Louis, MO. Key Responsibilities: * AEM Architect will lead the development of the reference architecture for Digital Product and Marketing Technology capabilities, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals and objectives * Work closely with cross-functional teams to document current-state architecture, gather requirements, and provide architectural guidance * Assess and propose technology solutions that improve our digital marketing capabilities, such as customer data platforms, marketing automation, content management systems, and analytics tools * Propose solutions for better integration of digital marketing systems with existing enterprise systems, to enable smooth data flow and interoperability * Evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance our digital capabilities * Build strong relationships across the business and Digital Solutions * Understand the long-term needs of the solution you are developing * Develop and communicate a technology roadmap that aligns with organizational goals * Help to define and establish architectural standards, guidelines, and governance processes to ensure the consistency, quality, and sustainability of the digital product and marketing technology landscape * Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of digital marketing solutions * Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation (including diagrams, standards, and guidelines) * Effectively communicate architectural decisions and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Make recommendations for improved adherence to architectural standards and best practices * Provide thought leadership the existing teams on how to better leverage the tools that are in place today
