About the roleWhat you need to know:Collaborate with UX/UI designers and stakeholders to design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows that meet project requirementsCustomize and extend AEM functionality using technologies like Java, HTL (HTML Template Language), and JavaScriptIntegrate AEM with various third-party systems and platforms using APIs and other integration methodsConfigure AEM settings, permissions, and workflows based on project needs and best practicesAssist in content migration and authoring, ensuring seamless transition and adherence to content guidelines and best practicesOptimize AEM performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, improving code efficiency, and implementing caching strategiesWork closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end developers, to ensure a cohesive and efficient implementation of digital solutionsProvide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to team members and stakeholdersDocument technical specifications, system architecture, and development processes for future reference and knowledge sharingConduct code reviews and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure code meets established standards and project requirementsWhat we’re looking for:1+ years of experience and software knowledgeBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Proven experience as an AEM Developer, including custom component development and integration with AEM platformStrong proficiency in Java, HTL, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies used in AEM development Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) and their integration with AEMExperience with AEM Core Components and AEM Touch UI developmentKnowledge of AEM administration, including user permissions, configurations, and system maintenanceUnderstanding of software development methodologies, version control systems, and CI/CD processesExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersEffective communication skills and being able to convey information and resolving user issues through clear, concise, and empathetic interactions .Task management and prioritization skills, ensuring efficient handling of user inquiries and concernsVeterans are encouraged to apply
