The Aero New Units (NU) Projects Inquiry to Receipt (ITR) EHS Leader is a strategic member of both the Aero New Units Projects ITR and NU Projects EHS organizations, driving streamlined Aero EHS communication and decision-making. This Leader develops strategies to address the EHS risks and challenges unique to Aero NU Installations and Aero Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Projects and collaborates with the NU Projects EHS team to implement and operationalize. This Leader partners with the NU Projects EHS Standards and Assurance Team and the Construction & Commissioning (C&C) Leadership Team to plan, implement and maintain Projects EHS Minimum Standards at Aero Project Sites, ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory, regulatory, contractual and company requirements. This Leader will travel to global Project Sites (at least once a month) to audit and ensure all EHS requirements are complied with by the site teams and drive appropriate improvements as needed. Specifically, monthly travel is required to project sites in OECD countries including Switzerland, Germany, Ireland, Australia, UK, USA, Taiwan as well as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Mexico.

What You’ll Do:
Develop and advocate for strategies, priorities and action plan items that address the EHS risks and challenges unique to Aero New Unit (NU) and Aero Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Projects and incorporate them into the annual scope of work of the NU Projects EHS team.Drive focus on Aero interests with the NU Projects EHS team, and coordinate with other members of the NU Projects EHS leadership team to anticipate obstacles in advance and proactively solve Aero Project Site EHS challenges.Serve as EHS subject matter expert and single point of EHS contact for the Aero New Units Projects ITR organization and drive operational rigor across the Aero New Units Projects ITR organization, including simplification of EHS KPI reporting and analysis processes.Perform Aero EHS data and trend analysis, provide timely information to Aero New Units Projects ITR leadership and develop effective countermeasures.Ensure EHS events on Aero Projects are escalated as appropriate and evaluated for Read Across opportunities, direct post-EHS-incident investigations, and lead Root Cause Analysis.Facilitate the Read Across process and ensure Read Across actions are applied across Aero Projects.Collaborate with NU Projects EHS colleagues to build Aero Project Site EHS Plans and review all Aero Project Site EHS Plans before implementation.Coordinate with NU Projects EHS leadership team and Aero Project Execution teams to ensure orderly and consistent planning and implementation of EHS resources, systems, and tools to Aero NU Projects.Support ITO Commercial EHS Leaders and Aero NU Commercial Teams to proactively set EHS expectations at the commercial stage and ensure EHS lesson learned are incorporated into Aero Projects consortium and prime contractor agreements.Coordinate with NU Projects EHS Partnering Leader to participate in partnering and prime contractor qualifications and audits for Aero Projects.Collaborate with NU Projects EHS colleagues on Aero Projects site security coordination and act as liaison between people in the affected area and the Security Team for Aero Projects.Own monthly Aero NU EHS Monthly Operating Review (MOR), represent the EHS function in Aero leadership meetings (including reporting Aero Services statistics).What You’ll Bring (Basic Qualifications):

The base pay range for this position is $162,700 - 225,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This posting is expected to close on January 17, 2025, or thereafter.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
