Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Aerospace Assembler to join our team. The role offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $18.00, which can go up to $20.00 for candidates with aerospace experience. The position is a day shift with a flexible start time between 5:30 am and 7:00 am, requiring a 53-hour work week with the expectation to work 50% of posted overtime.

We offer a flexible start time and the option for a second shift if preferred. Our benefits include 3 weeks of PTO, increasing to 4 weeks after 2 years, a 401k with a 6% match, standard health and dental insurance, 13 paid holidays, and performance bonuses. The work environment is a clean, temperature-controlled aerospace facility. The position offers a flexible start time between 5:30 am and 7:00 am, with the possibility of a second shift if desired. Employees are required to work 50% of posted overtime, typically resulting in a 52-hour week.
