**Aerospace Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a diligent and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves setting up and operating various machines to produce quality products, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines, and maintaining a clean workstation. **Responsibilities** + Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction. + Perform basic operation of equipment to produce to rate and meet quality standards. + Set up and operate forming, deburring, and heading machines to create sleeves or other products. + Monitor machine operations to determine whether adjustments are necessary; stop machines when problems occur. + Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and orderly workstation and perform basic machine upkeep. + Perform lubing, bluecoat, gritblast, sleeve washing, or packaging as needed. **Essential Skills** + Part marking + Warehouse operations + Production + Machine operation + Ability to read and write English + Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints, and procedure manuals + Math skills to solve problems **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + At least 1 year related experience or equivalent combination of experience and training + Knowledge of shop practices and procedures + Ability to read blueprints + Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments **Why Work Here?** This role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, based on the Company’s performance. First shift hours are from 4am to 12:30pm or 7am to 3:30pm, and third shift hours are from 8pm to 4:30am or 10pm to 6:30am.
