**Job Title: Aerospace Electro-Mechanical Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Electro-Mechanical Technician to perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in rebuilding and modifying manufacturing equipment, as well as conducting preventive maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process.
+ Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating manuals, or test and diagnostic equipment.
+ Rebuild manufacturing equipment and perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers.
+ Ensure the quality of work meets or exceeds customer satisfaction.
+ Communicate professionally with machine manufacturers, parts suppliers, and sub-contractors.
+ Manage parts orders with suppliers and oversee machine sub-contractors to ensure they meet safety requirements and company protocols.
+ Perform daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual TPM activities for all equipment to ensure efficiency and reduce downtime.
+ Maintain relationships with key third-party vendors and OEM manufacturers to identify critical spare parts for key equipment.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3+ years of mechanical or electrical experience.
+ Proficient with hand-held mechanical and power tools and test equipment.
+ Ability to comprehend OSHA standards in regards to performing work duties.
+ Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
+ High attention to detail.
+ Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required.
+ Ability to work overtime when needed.
+ Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
+ Demonstrate teamwork and the ability to operate on diverse project teams with moderate direction.
+ MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING ON THE FOLLOWING MACHINES:
+ Makino
+ United Grinding (Blohm / Magerle)
+ Campbell
+ Huffman
+ Matsuura CNC Mills
+ Coolant / Filter Systems (Hoffman, Hydroflow)
+ ECM STEM Drill machines, including related water treatment systems
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in aerospace industry is required.
+ Experience in troubleshooting OEM equipment.
+ Ability to supervise and manage maintenance activities.
+ Capability to demonstrate quality workmanship and effective problem-solving skills.

**Work Environment**
Work in a climate-controlled machine shop. The shift is from 7am to 3pm, customizable as long as you are present during the day. The position involves working with various equipment from manufacturers such as Makino, United Grinding, Campbell, Huffman, Matsuura CNC Mills, and more.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Tempe, Arizona.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00
