**Forming Fabricator**
**Job Description**
We are a world-class leader in designing, building, and manufacturing aerospace structures, systems, and components for commercial, business, regional, and military aerospace customers. As a Forming Fabricator, you will be an essential member of the production team, assembling parts, operating machinery, and handling various metal products. This position is ideal for entry-level candidates who possess the attitude and aptitude to learn and grow within the aerospace industry. **Responsibilities**
+ Assemble parts as instructed by supervisors.
+ Operate machinery, including bending, punching, hand forming, deburring, and sawing of metal products.
+ Ensure compliance with quality policies, mission statements, and other company procedures.
+ Support continuous improvement and lean processes in the manufacturing environment.
+ Work as a productive and responsible team member.
**Essential Skills**
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ Three to six months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Knowledge of the punching process, punch tooling, roll forming with sheet metal, blueprints, and brake forming/roll forming is a plus.
+ Experience with hand and power tools.
+ Understanding of process flows, lead times, and lean principles in a manufacturing environment.
+ Strong team player and reliable.
+ Knowledge of safe lifting techniques.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
+ Frequently required to walk and talk or hear.
+ Occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
+ Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 75 pounds.

**Work Environment**
You will work in a clean manufacturing shop that processes steel/sheet metal to manufacture parts. The environment can be heavy and loud but is organized. The regular shift is Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with flexibility to work overtime, including weekends.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, Washington.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
