**Forming Fabricator** **Job Description** We are a world-class leader in designing, building, and manufacturing aerospace structures, systems, and components for commercial, business, regional, and military aerospace customers. As a Forming Fabricator, you will be an essential member of the production team, assembling parts, operating machinery, and handling various metal products. You will support our commitment to customer satisfaction, quality products, lean processes, continuous improvement, on-time delivery, safety, teamwork, individual accountability, and respect for people. **Responsibilities** + Assemble parts as instructed by supervisors. + Operate machinery, including bending, punching, hand forming, deburring, and sawing of metal products. + Ensure compliance with quality policies, mission statements, and other company procedures. + Support continuous improvement and lean processes in the manufacturing environment. + Work as a productive and responsible team member. **Essential Skills** + High school diploma or GED. + Three to six months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Knowledge of the punching process, punch tooling, roll forming with sheet metal, blueprints, and brake forming/roll forming is a plus. + Experience with hand and power tools. + Understanding of process flows, lead times, and lean principles in a manufacturing environment. + Strong team player and reliable. + Knowledge of safe lifting techniques. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. + Frequently required to walk and talk or hear. + Occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, or crouch. + Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 75 pounds. **Why Work Here?** We take care of our people with a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company-match contributions, competitive wages, paid holidays, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life, and accidental insurance, short-term and long-term disability, an employee assistance plan, a wellness program, and tuition assistance. **Work Environment** You will work in a clean manufacturing shop that processes steel/sheet metal to manufacture parts. The environment can be heavy and loud but is organized. The regular shift is Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with flexibility to work overtime, including weekends. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
