We have an exciting career opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced engineer to develop Aircraft and AeroStructures in Poway, CA .This position will support the design of next generation, high performance unmanned aircraft.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:    Utilize first principle methods to develop aircraft aerostructures using NX CAD.Own development of primary and secondary aircraft structural parts, assemblies, and installations using sheet metal, billet metallic and/or composite materials for new aircraft designs and/or modifications to existing aircraft. Coordinate with project, stress engineers, manufacturing, procurement, quality control and other departments as required to mature the design from conception to production.Work within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment, interfacing with IPT leadership, suppliers, and other technical disciplines to independently prepare/status and/or lead the preparation of engineering design solutions to challenging problems through the development of Product Definition Packages. We offer flexible work arrangements, 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off, diverse learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects, and a cohesive team environment.
