+ Mechanical aptitude
+ Operation of equipment

+ Questions the smallest cosmetic or measurement detail
+ Follows and completes paperwork requirements. Any deviations, questions are asked.
+ Procedurally oriented.
+ Does not deviate from procedures.
+ If procedures are unclear ask for clarification.
+ Craftsmanship Mentality
+ Ability to be cross trained on multiple areas
+ Part marking
+ Machine Center
+ Drill Center
+ Rivet Insertion
+ Deburr
+ Aerospace Drawing interpretation/basic specification training requirements
+ High School Diploma or GED is preferred
+ Selected candidate will be asked to pass a battery of tests.
+ Good Attendance is a requirement
