At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.In SAP procurement at PwC, you will focus on implementing, configuring, and maintaining the SAP Procurement module within an organisation. You will utilise this module to streamline and automate the procurement process, including purchasing, supplier management, contract management, and inventory management.

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Position Requirements:
Required Skills:
Should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP and has worked on multiple SAP Ariba implementation and support projects.
Experience in handling Ariba Procurement, Supplier Management, CIG and Ariba Network. Should have a solid functional knowledge of the SAP Ariba Procurement (Buying and Invoicing) and SLP.
Provide expert advice on best practices in Ariba Procurement and Supplier Lifecycle and Performance Management [SLP].
Proficient level of experience in configuring templates, workflows across upstream and downstream solutions, reports, etc.
Experience and knowledge of Guided Buying, Sourcing, Contracts, Ariba Commerce Automation, CIG, Ariba Network, Supply Chain Collaboration will be highly appreciated.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
Should take ownership of the Ariba modules and report them to the senior leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, procurement, finance and supply chain to ensure alignment and integration of SAP Ariba solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to resolve integration issues, troubleshoot errors and optimize system performance.
Document functional specifications, configuration settings and integration processes for reference and knowledge sharing.
Stay updated on the latest SAP Ariba features, enhancements and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Configure and customize SAP Ariba modules
Experience in handling technical and functional support issues and knowledge on change management processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in-order to facilitate business/ technical discussions, document solutions and work well with people at all levels of the organization.
Possesses excellent experience in functional and technical requirements, study of business blue- prints, designing, development, fit-gaps, workshops, realization, testing, end-user training & support.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in SAP Ariba
Experience in SAP ECC/ S4 Hana is an added advantage.
