What You'll Do:

As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the aesthetic direction of our product lines, ensuring that our designs are both visually stunning and aligned with market trends.

How You'll Do It: Develop creative solutions and deliver brand right design aesthetics in alignment with strategic product direction and innovation. Communicate design direction and mandatories to supply partners. Align design teams to execute against design language of assigned project. Drive project management activities including but not limited to design execution, material procurement, conversion activation, component testing. Attend weekly project meetings and provide key updates to the broader organization. Manage supplier communication and ensure key stakeholders have clear direction on project requirements and deadlines. Curate swatch selections from suppliers and coordinate internal review to drive improved submissions. Work with internal development teams and submit build requests for full scale prototype /design reviews Collaborate to develop designs that follow lean principles. Incorporate Design to Value and Design to Manufacture processes. Protect all intellectual property and secure exclusivity of all ideation where possible Responsible for a segment of a brand. What You'll Bring: Degree in Industrial Design, Fashion Design, or Textile Design preferred Work is primarily sedentary in nature

The hiring salary range for this position applies to where legally required, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
