Overview This role delivers PepsiCo Foods H2/H3 away-from-home channel growth by leading Division sales and supporting national key accounts execution. Responsible for field sales activities to drive sales results and revenue growth across entertainment, eateries, transportation, workplaces, and vending machines. Key objective is to deliver sales results, expand customer scope and help identify new business opty. and model. Responsibilities incl. 1) Lead business development of Division regional/local customers and deliver sales results; 2) Support national accounts customer services and operation at Division level; drive sell-in and customer mgmt. for such customers at Division level when necessary; 3) proactively explore new business opty. and models, work with functional team to codify playbooks; 4) Build and develop Division AFH team and capabilities Responsibilities 1) Division Regional Business Development: Identify and develop strategies for engaging regional and local customers Conduct market visits to understand customer needs and tailor solutions Develop business and land opty.; responsible to deliver local customers sales target and drive long-term partnerships Coordinate relevant solutions and resources with cross-functional team Collect and own regional bidding pool. Proactively build solution and bid 2) National Accounts Support: Collaborate with national account teams for forecast, delivery, and customer service Resolve operational issues and facilitate communication between Division and national levels Implement local execution and initiatives to boost customer engagement Collaborate with BU AFH team for customer JBP and regular business review 3) New Business Model Development Support: Proactively explore innovative business models and sales approaches Collaborate with cross-functional teams to input on sales playbooks 4) Team and Capabilities Building: Recruit, train, and mentor Division AFH team members to enhance performance Conduct regular team meetings to share best practices and align on goals Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team Qualifications Strong understanding of China FMCG industry and new channels opty Fluent in English/ Chinese(writing& spoken) Bright, self-driven, and intellectually curious thinker who is passionate about consumer goods and its commercial agenda Rich experience in AFH; Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing accounts Strong & persuasive communication skills, influencing &collaboration skills Executive maturity, high integrity & values driven Strong English communication and business presentation skills, with high attention to details Action biased and result oriented mindset Strategic thinking with top-down and longer term perspectives Leadership and influencing skills to implement in a complex environment
