Key responsibilities:
Answer 400 phone calls, manage other inbound leads from varied channels, input into CRM and assign to Outbound/ASE. Generate weekly leads report.Provide expert guidance to customers in identifying the correct parts, ensuring they receive accurate information and solutions tailored to their needs. Contribute to the knowledge base to find the correct spare part in the most efficient way.Issue written quotations for requests from ASESupport pricing application processResponsible for sales contract with customers (payment terms, legal terms.. communication) and handle Order Info to Customer Service teamSupport on time delivery of sales orders, with coordinating with Supply Planner in WuxiCoordinate with Demand Planner in Malaysia and manage sales forecast of forecasted itemsSupport product requests to product team for items not released yet, supporting ASE for quotation to customersSupport ASE and Coordinate distributors monthly business review meetingMaximize use of existing job tools: Use all available job tools to improve efficiency and effectivity of all key responsibilities.Communication/co-operation: Work closely with the sales teams, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless customer service and achieve business objectives.Key Qualifications & Requirements
Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Specific Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:
Sales Expertise: Proven experience in inside sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of our products, including technical specifications, to provide first-level support and informed recommendations to customers.Parts Support: Ability to assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts, ensuring they receive the right products for their needs.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone, email, and other communication platforms.Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.Inbound and Outbound Sales: Proficiency in handling both inbound inquiries and proactive outbound sales activities to generate and close sales opportunities.Quote Handling: Experience in preparing, managing, and following up on quotes, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer requests.Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems, sales software, and Microsoft Office Suite to manage customer information and track sales activities.Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer issues with effective solutions, leveraging product knowledge and internal resources.Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
