Job Title: AFR Product Rates Expert - Analyst
Job Location: United States (Location Flexible)
We have an exciting opportunity for an AFR Product Rates Expert - Analyst to support USA Air Freight Product in all aspects of Tariff / Contract Maintenance.
Key Tariff Administrator Responsibilities:
Air Freight Tariff / Contract Administration (Including supporting GSC Excecution for CW1 rate entry)Load & Maintain export and import Client air rates for US customers in RMS/CW.Support loading of import and export Client air rates for AMER Countries in RMS/CW.Load & Maintain air freight Cost for US Stations.Load & Maintain air freight Company Tariffs for US stations. Extension Management – support with CACC / Product / Implementation / Commercial requests to extend rates for Client rate, Cost and Company Tariffs.Rates data clean up – identify and purge outdated data per Global data standards or based on Country requests.Validate/Investigate reported issues from stations regarding GC_ Client Rates (Global Client Rates) to determine if load corrections are needed. Communicate w/ Global IPT team on processing corrections.Monitor, guide and support all stations with meeting and maintaining the auto rating KPI.AFR Product Analysis
Perform Root Cause to identify reported issues w/ auto rating / auto costing in CW as requested.Assist in creating processes to allow for smooth procedures of loading customer agreements.Ticket Tool Monitoring
Manage ticket tools topics for assigned US Stations.Support CA and MX with ticket tool topics.MFSC (Fuel Surcharge) Management
Update Company Tariff with applicable MFSC updates.Update Client rates for Local customers with non-standard methodologies.Client Rate Validity Monitoring
Load / Update ishare with client rate expiry dates for US.Load client rate reports to ishare for CA / LATAM Countries.Load expiry rates reports to the ishare for CA / LATAM Countries.Support in deletion of client rates that have expired.Client Rate Extracts / Data Reporting
Produce Client Rate extract reports from CW as requested / required.RFWDA Administration
Data input into G-Rate Tool (CW) systems – entry of rates covers RFWD and Gateway/Station handling.TSA Known Shipper Administration
Manage/Support the process for TSA updates via KSMS and ensure compliance.Investigate reported TSA issues in KSMS, DnB and other platforms to identify accurate Customer Name and Address to get account to known status.Validate flagged lists of CW id’s previously known adjusted to unknown.Company Tariff / Client Rate (GC_ & Local) Org Linking
Validating that accounts are linked to necessary GC_ Client Rates, Controlling Customers and Company Tariffs.Updated Rating flow from GC_ and Local Client rates.Assist IT with knowledge to resolve tickets involving CW. (Incl. Client rates and Cost rates)Skills / Requirements:
Excellent analytical skills, detail orientatedCreative, innovative, problem solving thinking abilityKnowledge of in-house applications (ie; CW)Excellent understanding of AFR Product operations, procedures and systems.Proficiency with MS Office and reporting/analysis software (e.g. Excel)Strong communication skills, able to influence others; team player.High level of commitment, very dynamic, solid project management skills.Able to work and stay focused under pressure with tight timelines, high sense of urgency.**COPY and PASTE below the Job description beneath the Skills/Requirements****
