AFSVision Operations Business Analyst
The AFSVision Operations Business Analyst will serve as a key role in the Commercial Loan Servicing Modernization (CLSM) program with a focus in the various Business Functionality and reporting workstreams. Specifically, this role will be responsible for capturing business requirements across all stakeholder groups and ensuring seamless integration of the resulting process design. There are over 2,100 users across the enterprise and stakeholders that span across Commercial Bank, Credit, Finance, Technology and Lending and Trade Services. Analysts will be engaged to guide and direct throughout the entire program lifecycle. In addition to business requirements, the team will be tasked with test scenario creation, test script design, creation and execution, operational readiness activities, to include supporting change management activities, developing training material and assisting with implementation planning and delivery. Providing post-implementation operations stabilization support will also be a critical responsibility for this role. The analyst will identify and resolve process and execution risks and provide overall support to help ensure the program delivers the business strategic objectives and functional expectations. This analyst must be an expert in the functional capabilities of AFSVision and have in depth knowledge of the functions within commercial servicing as well as those business capabilities that comprise an industry leading commercial loan servicing organization (e.g., loan closing, booking, member bank communications/noticing, deal balancing/reconcilement, monetary processing, account servicing functions, collateral management, document and image management, data management, reporting, dashboarding, etc).
Job Responsibilities:
Program Planning/ Execution Provide expertise in the operations execution of the Commercial Loan Servicing modernization program. Serve as point of contact for business requirements efforts related to the program within and across multiple business lines and functions. Work effectively with Technology organization to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose, scalable, transformative, and achievable within budget and timeline. Support complex multi-function delivery relationships across the bank. Proactively support program risks and corresponding mitigation plans, including the proper escalation of risks in adherence with project and enterprise risk tolerances. Business Process Design and Requirements Document business requirements that align to expected modernization objectives, and are developed to ensure future state processes meet business benefits and transformational goals. Ensure business processes meet future state risk management and control environment expectations are established. Lead efforts to capture business requirements across multiple, complex, high-risk processes and ensure seamless integration. Translate these business requirements to future state procedures and process support documentation. Confirm traceability from business requirements to system requirements to test scripts, training and procedures. Testing Support and Implementation Support Guide efforts that create, documents, and executes fully comprehensive and traceable test scripts (for multiple business lines and processes) and helps lead development of overall testing strategy. Work through defect management and develop alternative approaches as needed. Drive the implementation of new processes with end-users including coordinating with training development and delivery, change management as well as procedure development and adoption. Lead effort for business post-implementation support and prioritization of activities for remediation and/or future execution. Stakeholder Management  Interact and liaise with senior leaders across the bank in Commercial Bank, Wealth Management, Retail Bank/Small Business, Technology, Enterprise Risk, Internal Audit, Payments and Treasury Management, Corporate Treasury, Finance/Accounting and other departments as required. Ensure program needs are understood and considered in future state design. Work with applicable stakeholders on pre-implementation requirements. Foster a culture of process improvement and innovation across internal and external stakeholder groups. Cultivate a spirit of teamwork with shared goals and objectives across lines of business.
