Edgewater Federal Solutions is currently seeking an After Action Review (AAR) Administrator to provide support to the FLETC Enterprise IT Support Services contract located at FLETC Headquarters in Glynco, GA.

Responsibilities Design, install, configure, backup, administer, manage, upgrade, troubleshoot, diagnose, test, monitor, and document all AAR system hardware and software required to keep the AAR system environment operational at an optimal level and secure in accordance with DHS and FLETC policies. Design, plan, and implement future expansions and capabilities of the AAR system. Assist with equipment refresh/upgrades and maintain any equipment that replaces the scope of existing equipment or new projects. Provide AAR customer support via the IT Service Desk ticketing systems. Manage and provide process documentation for AAR system environment, to include: Software patching schedulesConfiguration management planSystem upgrades and maintenance checklists/schedules Risks registers Quality control processes Analyze requirements for AAR system training and provide written guides specific to the AAR system/roles (i.e. user, administrator) as well as recorded training sessions and demonstrations as needed for both current and new capabilities. Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of related experience

U.S. Citizenship is required per contract to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Certified in the administration and management of the Milestone XProtect AAR system or equivalent AAR system, OR Have equivalent creditable and verifiable experience with a Milestone XProtect AAR system

Desired:

FLETC experience or experience with another DHS agency Active Secret clearance or DHS EOD equivalent
