Job Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales targets and other KPIs including renewal rates, new unit additions, and warranty conversionsManage a geographic territory and work with the local CSEs team to expand the contract base by adding new contractsQuote customers directly through CRM systemWork closely with leadership to develop growth strategies for assigned territoryContact customers to follow up on leads generated through CSEs and other teamsIdentify and generate lead opportunities for other PerkinElmer businessesRespond to customer inquiries, act as their point of contact, and ensure timely resolutionDevelop product knowledge to effectively grow portfolio within territoryFollow company best practices and processes and learn effective selling techniquesMaintain sales pipeline and activity accurately in CRM toolsUpsell / Cross-sell other PerkinElmer services and consumables offeringsEmbrace change and continuous improvement mindsetNothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities of this job at any time.
Basic Qualifications
1+ years of inside sales or field service experienceEffective time management and organizationStrong communication skills (telephone & email)The annual compensation range for this full-time position is $64,500.00 to $80,860.00. The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
