Aftermarket Parts Sales Leader - Combustion

As an Aftermarket Parts Sales Manager here at Honeywell, you will be\nresponsible for managing all aspect of engagements with existing and new\ncustomers for our Callidus organization. In this role, you will play a crucial\nrole in generating revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively\nmanaging the sales process, building strong relationships with customers, and offering\nappropriate products and solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy\ntoward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives.\nYou will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers and\nutilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the\ncustomers.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase aftermarket parts sales Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling to existing customers Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions Maintain a thorough understanding of Callidus aftermarket parts, including features, benefits and applications Work cross-functionally to identify customer needs, develop sales strategies, and deliver innovative solutionsMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement

This role requires 75% travel

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 5 years of experience in aftermarket parts sales or a related field Experience in the petroleum refining, petrochemical, or gas processing industries Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Strong negotiation and communication skills Excellent customer relationship management abilities
