This is an exciting opportunity in Indianapolis for an Aftermarket Program Analyst. Learn more about this role and how you can begin driving your career forward!
Primary Purpose of Role:
Responsible for conducting internal aftermarket business analysis including sales reporting, volume forecasting, pricing among other in support of the Allison aftermarket products and services team.
Understanding internal data and reporting it in a clear and concise manner.
Generate internal financial reports including but not limited to: Aftermarket Parts Snapshot, Business Planning Review (BPR) report, Quarterly Board Book Slides & Talking Points, Quarterly Board of Directors Performance Report, Global Sales Report, Distributor Monthly Sales Analysis Report, and others.
Manage Global Aftermarket forecasting process. Work with global regions to generate a monthly forecast, annual budget and generate 5-year Aftermarket global forecast budget.
Review Monthly Sales Performance and schedule monthly meeting with global sales team to go thru performance and forecast to understand variations and new market trends.
Document royalty data payments for manufacturers on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Provide support to Parts and ReTran Sales Managers gathering data for projects.
Participate in Marketing Aftermarket projects as needed.
Engage in day-to-day Aftermarket related activities such as creating policy letters, developing custom sales reports, enhancing the Aftermarket portion of website, interacting with channel partners and members of the North America Parts and Services Subcommittee.
Provide assistance with data and presentations for price reviews.
Analyze historical aftermarket product sales trends, pricing, collaborate with sales managers and identify areas of opportunities for growth and adjust prices of low margin parts. Make recommendations for new Promotional programs and support the development of pricing presentations.
Maintain market share assessment and collect competitor volumes and pricing.

Qualifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or related subject required.
Candidates with MBA is a plus
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
Effectively and clearly communicate in both written and verbal means
Good presentation and public speaking skills
Experience:
Finance, Marketing and Pricing strategies for related products
Systems / analyst role
3 - 5 years of related experience
Travel or Physical Demands:
• Occasional domestic travel
