Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an **Aftermarket Repairs Incoming Warehouse Coordinator** position located in Ronkonkoma, NY 11779 zip code. **Pay Rate: $** **30.00/HR** **Shift: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm** **Job Responsibilities:** + Responsible for facilitating Aftermarket Repairs order management and intake into the business. + This entails both receiving a physical unit from our customers as well as entering the order into Clients ERP system, which may include activities such as contractual review and approval in customer systems, order entry, internal team and stakeholder support, and the potential for physically inspecting and move the units. + This role is an integral part in connecting our customer needs with the team in the shop that will physically evaluate and repair Aftermarket units. **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 6 years of experience in Contracts, Order Management, Customer Service, Data Entry, Program Management, or Manufacturing) + 2 years’ experience in Contracts, Order Management, Program Management + Microsoft Office experience require, ERP/Oracle are preferred + Attention to detail for contract review and order input into Client ERP system + Accountable (for communicating to team members and completing daily tasks) + Proficient in Microsoft Office software + Ability to collaboratively problem solve while balancing other tasks, experience with contract/purchase order review, knowledge of ERP (Oracle) order management, independent worker capable of prioritizing customer critical items **Apply Today** to be considered for this **Aftermarket Repairs Incoming Coordinator** job and any other positions with Adecco **.** **Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
