Aftermarket Repairs Order Specialist
**Adecco is** seeking a detail-oriented **Aftermarket Repairs Order Specialist** to support the intake and processing of repair orders for our aerospace operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring that customer orders are efficiently managed from intake to execution, connecting customer needs with the shop team responsible for evaluations and repairs. This position involves a combination of administrative tasks, ERP system management, and occasional hands-on activities, such as inspecting and moving units. If you are interested in this position, please read the summary and qualifications below. + **Location:** Ronkonkoma, NY (11779) + **Hours:** Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Schedule flexibility required) + **Pay Rate:** $30 per hour **Key Responsibilities** + Receive and manage physical units from customers and ensure accurate order intake into the ERP system. + Perform **contractual review and approval** in customer portals and enter data into the ERP system (GE Aerospace’s platform). + Provide **internal support** by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfillment. + Support the repair process by **tracking and coordinating orders** , including the potential for inspecting or moving units. + Communicate with team members to resolve issues, manage timelines, and meet customer needs efficiently. **Required Skills & Qualifications** 1. **Attention to Detail:** Strong focus on accuracy during contract reviews and order input. 2. **Accountability:** Ability to take ownership of daily tasks and ensure effective communication with the team. 3. **Microsoft Office Proficiency:** Skilled in Word, Excel, and other Microsoft tools. **Preferred Skills & Experience** + Experience with **ERP systems (Oracle)** and knowledge of **order management processes** . + Background in **contract or purchase order review** . + Ability to **independently manage tasks** and prioritize time-sensitive customer needs. + Collaborative problem-solver with a focus on balancing multiple priorities. **Education & Experience Requirements** + **Bachelor’s degree** from an accredited institution, OR + **High school diploma / GED** with at least **6 years of experience** in Contracts, Order Management, Customer Service, Data Entry, Program Management, or Manufacturing. + **Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience** preferred. **Technical Requirements** + **Software Proficiency:** Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). + **Preferred Knowledge:** ERP systems (Oracle), customer portals, advanced data analytics tools. **Additional Information** + **Dress Code:** Business / Smart Casual + **PPE Provided:** Safety glasses, ESD smock, and grounding straps as required. **If this sounds like the position for you, apply today with your up to date resume!** **Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
