Position Summary:
Milacron is looking for an Aftermarket Service Manager, LATAM to join our team in Querétaro, Mexico. As an Aftermarket Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory, purchase orders, project costing, field personnel, and financial collaboration, while also overseeing aftermarket services, monitoring KPIs, and improving internal procedures.
Work You’ll Do:
Control the showroom and tools inventory
Manage purchase orders, project costing, and invoicing
Oversee field personnel, including ISP and CSB rebuilds
Provide problem support and regularly communicate with US corporate office
Develop and implement plans for aftermarket services, including HR and job descriptions
Collaborate with the accounting department on financial matters
Manage process mapping and track timelines for rebuild projects
Monitor KPIs and sales strategies, focusing on customer relationships and pricing
Control intercompany receivables and warranty management
Host visiting customers and corporate visitors
Conduct annual reviews and develop control plans for tracking deliveries
Audit internal procedures and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of relevant experience leading service/maintenance teams within a manufacturing environment
Bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
Preferred Qualifications:
Plastic processing industry experience
