**About the role:**
Our Caterpillar Remanufacturing Division currently has an opening for an Aftermarket Solutions Representative to drive revenue and growth for the aftermarket business in the On-Highway Truck Engine business.
In this role, you will drive revenue and growth for the On-Highway Truck Engine aftermarket business in line with industry strategy in the assigned territory, communicated targets and by following established sales processes focused on the end customer. This will be achieved in close collaboration with the respective dealer(s) where the incumbent under direction of sales management will provide leadership, guidance and counsel to optimize dealer’ sales force and sales processes effectiveness, in addition to leveraging opportunity management systems and processes to Caterpillar’s benefit, while recognizing and respecting independence of dealer.
**Job responsibilities will Include but are not limited to:**
+ Deliver the annual total business plan for the assigned dealer territories.
+ In collaboration with assigned dealers, develop and implement aftermarket solutions industry account plans for assigned high-opportunity customer accounts.
+ Collaborate with dealers and internal partners to identify customer accounts for growth.
+ Document and manage aftermarket sales funnel in Salesforce to drive deal closure and provide win & loss visibility to leadership.
+ Develop local action plans, leveraging CRM, Customer Insights, and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attack lost sales.
+ Manage and optimize parts sales variance utilization and T&E within assigned budget to drive incremental top line revenue and deliver business plan.
+ Drive regular sales performance reviews with dealers and ensure implementation of corrective actions where needed.
+ Seek understanding, document and communicate internally on customer requirements, business models, competitive landscape and other market intelligence to ensure product groups and other entities are aware of product & customer needs.
+ Partner with dealers’ Parts & Service Sales Managers and their PSSR/ISR/Parts Counter organization to influence sales force effectiveness.
+ Identify and communicate opportunities for improving aftermarket solutions sales management, marketing and operational capabilities at assigned dealers.
+ Interact with Truck Engine Parts & Service Dealers (TEPS) management to achieve growth of aftermarket solutions goals with top 50 TEPS Dealers.
+ Keep up to date with industry trends, changing technology and market regulations
**Top Candidates Will Have:**
+ Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of sales/parts/product support experience or commercial engine sales/product support experience
+ Proven commercial/sales skills to define and prioritize opportunities and drive action with Cat dealers, TEPS Dealers, and end-user customers
+ Proven ability to execute critical projects
+ Ability to develop and analyze reports to define key areas for growth
+ Previous in-territory field-rep experience working directly with dealers
+ On-Highway Truck Engine or other Engine Industry experience
+ Experience with TEPS Dealers
**Additional Information:**
+ Relocation assistance IS available for this role.
+ The primary location for this role is Houston, Texas.
+ 50% travel will be required for this position.

**Summary Pay Range:**
$110,520.00 - $165,840.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
