CNA / CareGiver / Home Health Aide
Compensation: $16.50 - &17.50
Griswold Home Care in Florissant is looking to hire a Part-time CNA/Caregiver to provide elderly care and home companionship for our clients in the afternoon/evening. Experience with transfers (hoyer, gait, slide, etc.)Experience with Heart Monitor/Pace MakerPreparing/cleaning up after a mealBathing/personal care/toiletingBasic home chores (sweeping, mopping, dusting)LaundryProviding companionshipRunning ErrandsRequirements
Be at least 18 years of ageAt least 2+ years of related caregiving experience. (It can be personal or professional!)Valid Driver’s LicenseReliable vehicle with current auto insuranceAbility to pass a drug testAbility to pass a background checkAbility to lift 50 LBSMust have a High School Diploma or GED.
WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CAREGIVER
This companionship and caregiving position has flexible scheduling with day and night shifts available. Clients may receive as little as 4 hours of care, while others require 24-hour care. Current shift requirements: Monday - Saturday from 2:00pm - 6:00pm
