Agency Data Transformation Lead, Data Measurement and Analytics
Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 11 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis. + 11 years of experience in Experiment Design and Measurement/Attribution. Preferred qualifications: + Experience in a client-facing role influencing across levels. + Experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, attribution, etc.) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc.). + Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables). + Ability to analyze datasets and distill them into insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver simple and compelling stories to audiences of all levels. As a Data Transformation Lead (DTL), you will be responsible for driving the business cycle for key Data and Measurement capabilities, You will also build cross-functional stakeholder relationships and support adoption of data solutions to drive better media outcomes. You will focus on accelerating AI Innovation through future forward solutions and will coordinate the efforts of external and internal resources to accelerate infrastructure implementation and create consistency. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $135,000-$203,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
