As a Trade Support Associate within Agency Securities Finance Operations team, you will provide regional operational support for our Discretionary Securities Lending business. The product is positioned for significant growth and is looking for or you to support this expansion. 

Job responsibilities: 

Provide operational support for the Securities Lending Trading desksMonitor client sales, and ensuring adequate inventory for settlement Assist the trade desk to recall or swap positions for proxy events, buffer management, MSCI rebalance and client transitionsMonitor Securities Lending trades to ensure settlement, liaising directly with counterparties and agent banksProvide oversight oversight and escalation support on Corporate Actions and Manufactured Income in Asia PacificFocus and drive efficiencies, utilizing digital tools such as Alteryx, Xceptor, Tableau and PythonDrive changes to the control and automation agendas

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplinesAt least 8 years of experience in Securities Lending, Collateral Management, Settlements, and/or Trade Support or Middle Office roleSound knowledge of Global Financial MarketsProven track record in a busy and/or dynamic operations environment with an ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlinesA history of process improvementsGood understanding of Microsoft ExcelExposure to digital tools such as Alteryx, Xceptor, Tableau and Python beneficialUnderstanding of the workflows of a custodianA strong controls focus
