Purpose Statement To provide an efficient and effective query resolution service to clients, 3rd parties and branches relating to Capitec Bank’s handed over-, debt review and administration order clients as well as related ad hoc recoveries and Insurance claim queries. Experience Minimum: At least 2 years’ experience in a client service and / or legal collections environmentIdeal: Experience of dealing with client relationships in matters of potential conflict
Qualifications (Minimum) Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred) Diploma in Law Knowledge Minimum: Knowledge of legal collections MS Office ( MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel)
Ideal: Knowledge of Capitec Bank Handover and CCS Status policy Legal Collections processes / procedures Debt Review processes / procedures Skills Communications Skills Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) Analytical Skills Business writing skills Administration Skills Planning, organising and coordination skills Conditions of Employment Clear criminal and credit record
