Job DescriptionPerform all daily functions of assigned Clients.Familiar in WMS and computerized inventory control system and its procedures.Conduct inventory cycle count and stock take, ensure inventory accuracy meets KPI.Perform invoicing through company portal and conducts billings including associated backup and documentation.Provide daily operational reports accurately and timely.Perform daily data entry for receiving, order allocation, shipping and inventory management, and audits picking activities.Provide warehouse staff with necessary documents and information needed to complete receiving, and to ship orders.Provide support with other miscellaneous projects, filing and research.Rating of domestic transportation bills.Receive and handle customer enquiry with Supervisory guidance.

 

QualificationsCertificate/diploma or Formal Secondary School graduate or above, preferably with 1-2 years working experience in freight forwarding industryFresh graduates with less experience will also be consideredGood command of Cantonese, English and MandarinPossess strong interest to pursue long term career in the logistic solutions industryProficient PC knowledge
