We're seeking a Junior Agent Support Representative to provide essential support that helps our agents succeed. If you're ready to jump into a role where you’ll be the backbone of operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth communication, this is the job for you!

Your Impact: Review and submit completed applications, production reports, and acreage reports.Respond to work-related correspondence (email, phone calls) within business hours.Gain working knowledge of Sales Tools, including inputting client information, building units and databases, and updating production records.Collect and provide critical information to help agents perform efficiently.Audit all applications, production reports, and schedules of insurance for accuracy.Assist agents by submitting claims and managing client trackers.Keep agents informed of paperwork deadlines and ensure timely submissions.

Successful Candidates Will Have: Education: High school diploma required.Experience: Previous crop insurance experience preferred.Certification: P&C License within the first year of hire.Tech Savvy: Proficiency with PC programs like Word, Excel, and Outlook.

At Risk Strategies, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, paid time off, and paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected annual pay range for this position is $40,000 to $45,000 plus discretionary bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
