Pay Range: $132,700.00 – $176,946.66

What You'll Be Doing

Manage three sand and gravel operations in the Houston, Texas area.

Drive efficiency improvements and cost reduction initiatives.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.

Lead and mentor a team of site managers.

What Are We Looking For

Proven leadership skills and experience managing multi-site operations.

Strong knowledge of aggregate production processes and equipment.

Work Environment

Our work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, providing a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. You will be working in both office settings and onsite at production facilities, ensuring the effective management of operations.

Physical Demands of the Job

Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Regularly required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.

Ability to navigate uneven terrain and climb ladders or stairs.

Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience.

Five years of aggregates operations management experience.

Advanced understanding of geology, mining methods, and regulations.

Proven leadership skills managing multiple, diverse teams.

Entrepreneurial thinking and business opportunity identification.
