Reporting to theSenior Vice President, Agile Beauty, with a dotted-line to the Procurement Function (Initiatives Procurement Management), this role will be instrumental in capturing external innovations, building agile partnerships and working with cross-functional teams to launch new products that delight our consumers. RESPONSIBILITIES As ourAgile Beauty Senior Manageryou will be at the intersection of Initiative and Project Management (IPM) and Procurement, with a primary focus on purchasing and project management in packaging. Your main focus: + **Accelerate the capture of external innovations** by building a network of forward-thinking partners, ensuring we stay ahead of market trends and consumer needs. + **Collaborate with key stakeholders** to create and implement effective short, medium, and long-term category plans that ensure product quality, service excellence, and cost-effectiveness. + **Establish unique partnerships with** external stakeholders that promote speed, transparency, and agility, facilitating the swift development and integration of new products. + **Develop innovative interaction models** both internally and externally to improve the way we assess product relevance for consumers, ensuring that the right products are delivered at the right time. + **Drive fast-paced integration, development, and launch** of new products, streamlining processes to bring ideas to market in record time, while maintaining high standards of quality and consumer relevance. YOU ARE A COTY FIT The Agile Beauty Senior Manager will be results-driven, possess excellent project management skills, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Other than that, you have the following skills: + 8+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a relevant function, such as Procurement, Product Development, or Innovation. + Previous experience in the Beauty or FMCG sector is a strong plus. + Experience working in international environments and matrix organizations. + Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions. + Fluency in English (near-native level).
