Job Description:

The Agile Coach is responsible for guiding and mentoring Scrum Masters and Agile teams to enhance their performance, foster an agile mindset, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. This role focuses on developing Scrum Masters' capabilities, optimizing team processes, and ensuring the effective implementation of Agile methodologies to achieve business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

Coaching and Mentoring Scrum Masters : Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to Scrum Masters to adopt and enhance their skills and effectiveness in facilitating Agile practices within their teams.Optimize Agile Processes : Analyze and refine team processes, recommend improvements, and implement best practices to increase efficiency and productivity across multiple Agile teams.Facilitating Agile Ceremonies and Workshops : Lead and support key Agile events, such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning, to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.Develop Agile Competencies : Design and deliver training programs to enhance Agile skills and knowledge among Scrum Masters and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning..Measure and Report on Agile Performance : Establish metrics, track progress, and report on the effectiveness of Agile practices across teams, providing insights to leadership for informed decision-making.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master or 3+ years in Agile coaching and trainingCertified Agile coach (e.g.,ICP-ACC, PSM, LeSS, SAFe, CSM)Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and scaling methodologies (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)Expertise in Agile coaching techniques and best practicesProficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, PlanView)Knowledge of CI/CD practices and toolsUnderstanding of software development lifecycle and DevOps principlesExperience in leading and mentoring Scrum MastersExcellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skillsStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization
