Software, connectivity, and data are the cornerstones of this evolution, delivering the foundational elements by which Ford will drive this evolution. The Agile Coach sits within the Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) and leads engineering teams to adopt the Connected Vehicle Software (CVS) organization agile framework and modern ways of working. This role will be central to enabling the engineering organization responsible for all software and electronics in all Ford vehicles as we build truly software defined vehicles.  

In this role you will listen to understand the needs of the organization and then marry together what you hear, your knowledge, expert guidance and agile best practices to conduct timeboxed, outcomes-obsessed coaching engagement that increase organizational collaboration, velocity, and trust.
