Your main responsibilities will be: 

 

Managing assigned projects or specific tasks within the limitations of scope, schedule, budget, and quality throughout the project. Supporting the development of proposals, managing parts of them, and providing cost and outcome forecasts. Identifying project-level risks and managing them proactively. Providing support in the planning, analysis, response, and control of project-level risks. Collaborating on team-level coaching activities. Participating in training initiatives, suggesting and organizing training courses. Demonstrable ability in preparing and organizing workshops based on identified team needs. Ensuring project adherence to PMO, CMMI quality standards, and all applicable internal policies. Facilitating conflict resolution at the team level.

 

 

Required Skills:

 

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineer or related field or equivalent. Fluency in English (at least B2). Nice to have German. Certified Agile Coach or equivalent certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Agilist, or PMI-ACP.

 

 

Prefered skills:

 

Over 5 years of experience using Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or SAFe. Demonstrable experience in coaching Agile teams, including facilitating Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives). Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.

 

 

Soft skills:  

 

Fluent communication skills. Teaming and building relationships: ability to work with teams distributed geographically in different locations and to build a culture of trust. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Good time management and prioritization of tasks. Influencing: Empower, persuade, and influence others effectively. Ability to identify problems and suggest mitigating and contingency actions. Proactive, motivated and willing to learn and develop oneself.
